P 156 FRYER
It wa created by adding a specific ribbon to the classic 156 with baskets for battered products such as:
- Carrots, zucchini, eggplant, asparagus, broccoli, artichokes, cauliflower and pepper
- Basil and sage leaves
- Fries and fish
The hourly production varies according to the type of product: you can make a specific request.
The belt can be easily lifted from the tank, and consists of a belt for transporting the product, and a counter-belt to force the product to be immersed in the oil.
Upon request, an extractor for cooking fumes can be installed, with a stainless steel oil catch filter.
The line can be completed by adding other machinery such as:
- FM600 paper filter
- Loading Belt With Vibrating Surface
- Dosing Machine
- Cooling belt
- Conveyor belt
- Sprayer drum
- Flavouring drum
