The Sheet Loading Machine is a machine that we usually equip with a deep fryer for the production of
Krapfen or leavening products.
With the sheet loading, we supply some special sheets.
You have to hook the special sheets into specific hooks on the side of the machine.
We recommend to load the products manually and live them to rise on top of the sheet.
After this you place the products on top of a wooden tablet.
Next thing you do is: to pose the products according to a specific template, which we also supply.
Once leavened, the product is automatically loaded into the fryer.
